Copyright Breach - Story taken without permission!

We at Spinetinglers would like to make you all aware, as it has just been brought to our attention, that a story has been taken from our site without our permission or the permission of the author, JC Hemphill. 

This story, "Churchill Downs" by JC Hemphill, has been posted on another site.  We are currently pursuing this as it is a breach of copyright.  Actions of this kind will not be tolerated.

The author was credited on the other site and the fact that this piece was selected could be viewed upon as a compliment.  However it is a compliment in the worst way as it is still a breach of copyrights.

Our IT department are currently working on a way of protecting our site from displayed content being copied.

If anyone notices this happening anywhere else please do let us know.
